My stay at the resort was quite eventful. While the beach access and amenities like the pools are fantastic for families, I did face challenges during my stay regarding service and room condition. The dining options were decent, although I had some issues with my specific room assignment and dirty balcony. Overall, it was a mixed experience with highlights and some disappointments.

We had a lovely time at the resort with clean rooms and plenty of great facilities like the pools and lazy river. The location is fantastic, close to the ocean and local restaurants. However, we found the chair reservation issue at the pool frustrating, and the process of picking up our room key seemed unnecessarily complicated.
